Edna's at the Tamarack Club (Open Year 'round)
Enjoy slopeside or poolside dining at Edna's, located in the Tamarack Club, serving a wide range of "comfort foods" for lunch and dinner daily. The Bar features 24 beers on tap including our own John Harvard's microbrews, Ellicottville Brewing Company and Southern Tier Brewery. You will find a selection of some of our own ales and lagers, brewed right here in Ellicottville.
We offer services to our guests such as take out cuisine, room service at the Tamarack Club and nightly dinner specials. Our summertime outdoor patio overlooks the pools and the golf course.
Open Daily, 11AM – 11PM.
McCarty Cafe (Open Year 'round)
Summer hours*: Mon. - Thurs. 7:30AM to 4:30PM & Fri. - Sun. 7AM to 6PM
Fall hours: 8AM to 2PM
Winter hours: 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
Serving Starbucks coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, teas and mouth-watering baked goods and deli sandwiches, located in the Holiday Valley Lodge. Golfers can call from the 9th tee to order lunch to go at the turn!
*Closing time in the summer can fluctuate with golf tee times and weather
Holiday Valley Lodge (Winter Season)
The Holiday Valley Lodge features the Mountainside Grill with a stone hearth pizza oven, carving station, deli sandwiches, grilled burgers, hearty soups and salads.
The T-Bar located on the 2nd floor of the Holiday Valley Lodge has great beer, a great view, a romantic fireplace and it's like a living Holiday Valley history...the T-Bar even features one of the original "T's" from Yodeler. Check out the poster that lists lift ticket pricing in 1957!
The Ullr Bar on the 1st floor is open daily.
McCarty Cafe serves bagels, cinnamon rolls, fresh breads, deli sandwiches, grab and go snacks (including gluten free items), Starbucks espresso and brewed coffee and more. On the lower level of the Holiday Valley Lodge. Open year 'round.
Picnicking is allowed on the 2nd floor of the Lodge and all of the decks, but please remember to be considerate of of other guests and do not claim the table for the entire day.
Yodeler Lodge (Winter Season)
During the ski season try a variety of fare at the Marketplace in the Yodeler Lodge featuring soups and chowders, deli bar, salad bar, specialty grilled items and brick oven baked pizzas. There are two bars in Yodeler; one on the main floor and one on the top floor.
Picnicking is allowed on the ground floor of the Yodeler Lodge and outdoors at the Champagne Sundeck and around the bonfire pit.
Tannenbaum Seven Headwalls Cafe (Winter Season and Sky High Season)
Tannenbaum features a salad bar, specialty grilled items, and hearty soups and chili. The Loft at Tannenbaum serves Starbucks espresso, brewed coffee wine and beer. Picnicking is welcome througout the Tannenbaum Lodge. You'll even find extra plugs for crock pots on the second floor. Again, please be respectful of all our guests and do not claim a table for the entire day. Sky High season during the summer offers a limited menu.
Outdoor Picnicking is welcome on decks, and at the 5 on-mountain lean-tos and warming huts located at the top of Maple Leaf, Cindy's, Edelweiss, or Mardi Gras or mid-way down Mistletoe. The Champagne Sundeck located outside the Yodeler Lodge featuring a roof shelter, a stone fireplace and really cool firepit!

Holiday Valley is the place to be for summer fun! Edna's at the Tamarack Club is open for lunch and dinner. Don't miss the cozy poolside patio with a view of the pools and the golf course.
McCarty Cafe serves bagels, pastries and breakfast sandwiches, deli sandwiches and fresh salads plus Starbucks Espresso and brewed coffee.
Stop by the poolside Cabana Bar for refreshments and good company after your round of golf or while visiting the pools. Challenge your friends to a game of ping pong, shuffleboard and several other games, plus the scenery is fantastic!
The Cabana Bar is open when the pools are open from 11AM to 7PM (weather permitting) for food and beverages Sunday - Wednesday. Thursday - Saturday from 11AM to 10PM (bar only).
The Tannenbaum Lodge offers a limited menu of snacks, sandwiches and beverages for hungry Sky High climbers.
