Welcome to Edna's at the Tamarack Club. Guests of Edna's can expect a high-quality, relaxed dining experience in a beautiful setting that offers panoramic views of the ski slopes in the winter and the golf course and resort pools in the summer. 

The new restaurant features a menu that pays tribute to the rich history of Holiday Valley, incorporating local flavors and seasonal ingredients.  From casual fare such as stone-fired Margherita Pizza and Beef on Weck Eggrolls to more refined dishes like Grilled Branzino with Basil Pesto, and Tomato Risotto, the menu will appeal to a variety of appetites and will feature top quality Angus Reserve steaks.
